Dining Services at Central Washington University (CWU) serves students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community to offer exceptional service and wholesome food. Dining Services is a part of the Auxiliary Enterprises team, which strives for excellence in offering nationally recognized, inclusive, and sustainable services to the campus community. CWU Dining Services nourishes the body and mind of our campus community. Central Washington University is located in the beautiful Kittitas Valley. Established in 1891, CWU offers over 135 bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and holds regional accreditation through the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. CWU’s exceptionally beautiful and well-maintained residential campus occupies 380 acres in Ellensburg, WA, the largest city and county seat of historic Kittitas County. The city is situated in the geographic center of the state and on the eastern slopes of the Cascade Mountains. Central Washington is a world-class destination for hiking, mountain biking, camping, whitewater rafting, and skiing. Ellensburg is located approximately 100 miles east of the Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metropolitan area.
