Rick Dorval, directeur général et en- traîneur-chef des Hawks, a surpassé Robert Hartley avec ses 125 victoires derrière le banc de l’équipe Junior A de Hawkesbury. Il a accompli l’exploit alors que son équipe défaisait les Bears de Smiths Falls. Cela lui en fait sept de plus que M. Hartley et huit de plus que Mac MacLean. Et il ne fait que continuer. M. Arrivé à Hawkesbury en 2014, Il n’a pas pris beaucoup de temps à laisser sa marque comme assistant-entraîneur. Après le départ de Shawn Anderson, M. Dorval est devenu entraîneur-chef. En 2017, il a aussi cumulé les tâches de directeur général. « Avant que je prenne l’équipe en charge, le club avait une fiche de 47 victoires, 65 défaites et 12 matchs nuls. Depuis, notre fiche indique 147-88-13 », a souligné l’entraîneur-chef.
