With PowerPoint running, display the Backstage view, and then click Open to display the Open page.

3. In the Places list, click the local or network storage location where the presen- tation is stored. 4. Navigate to the presentation storage folder by using one of the following methods: ● ● In the right pane, click a recent folder. Then click any subfolders until you reach the folder you want. ● ● In the left pane, click Browse to open the Open dialog box. Then click fold- ers in the Navigation pane, double-click folders in the file pane, or enter the folder location in the Address bar. 5. Double-click the presentation you want to open.
