Chapter 2: Create and manage presentations

Display and edit presentation properties Properties are file attributes or settings, such as the file name, size, creation, date, author, and read-only status. Some properties exist to provide information to com- puter operating systems and apps. You can display properties within a presentation (for example, you can display the slide number on a slide). PowerPoint automatically tracks some of the properties for you, and you can set others. You can examine the properties that are attached to a presentation from the Info page of the Backstage view.
