2 High Rise Towers located metres from Wembley Stadium and the LDO. This development consists of 150 apartments across 11 levels on the Residential block, 10 levels of office development including GF/Mezz areas on the Office block and retail and reception areas on both blocks.

This data centre located in the heart of Slough seen Errigal carry out refurbishments while adjoining data halls remained live. Our scope included groundworks, security pod doors, raised access floors, internal fitout and a new roof covering as well as a revamp of the existing facade.

LOCATION: Hounslow CLIENT: Bennetts SECTOR: Residential VALUE: Circa £12.5m

This U-shaped development at Lime Street Station ranging in height between 19 and 22 storeys consists of 1,085 bedrooms for use as student accommodation. Our scope included internal partitions, suspended ceilings and SFS external wall system.

The Hounslow House development is spread over 6 blocks consisting of 293 residential units on London Road. Our package consisted of the partitioning and ceilings internally and SFS with Gebrik externally.
