We have been contracted by Canary Wharf Contractors to complete building D1/D2 a new build commercial office on their 9.4 hectare Wood Wharf development. This consists of a 14-story office block. Our scope includes partitions, linings and column encasements along with firestopping and riser doors packages.

This major redevelopment in Woking town centre consists of 2 residential blocks and a 189 room flagship Hilton hotel. All 3 blocks are running concurrently and we are working closely with Sir Robert McAlpine on logistics, keeping the project on programme and on budget.

Errigal are currently installing the complete exter- nal facade envelope on Brunel - 975 mixed-tenure homes across 5 distinct blocks ranging in height from 9 to 26 storeys. This includes 60,000m2 of Gebrik and Aluminium rainscreen cladding. We have completed our first 12 months of this 2.5 year project and we expect to have a peak of 250 operatives on site in 2020.

As part of a 865,000 ft2 shopping centre redevelopment, Errigal are working on a new nine-screen VUE cinema taking up 29,000 ft2 Our scope includes partitions, acoustic ceilings and a bespoke entrance facade.
