Evolving Our World Together: Lenovo 360 Helps Partners Adapt To Change Q. What is Lenovo doing to foster channel evolution and how do these actions affect your partners? A. Lenovo recognizes that customer behavior is changing. Buyer journeys are becoming more complex and harder to influence. Meanwhile, the channel is increasingly competitive as businesses begin to embrace more agile, as-a-service solutions. In 2022, Lenovo launched Lenovo 360, a global channel framework, comprising of enhanced alignment of channel leadership and teams, new incentive programs and evolved tools for ease of engagement for our channel partners. We united the full power of Lenovo under a single, global, channel framework that extends across each one of our geographies and all three of Lenovo’s business groups. Lenovo is investing in our partners success by enabling outcome-based solutions, resources, marketing campaigns and enablement tools, connecting partners through specialist communities and events, and helping them grow through new incentives, competencies and tier status. Q. Why is Lenovo 360 a great choice for channel partners? A. Lenovo 360 meets partners where they are on their journey with Lenovo, enabling them for success. The framework helps partners adapt to change with strength, agility and expertise. By driving mutual growth using a flexible framework, combining solutions, sales enablement and incentives, and working together to position partners competitively in the marketplace, Lenovo 360 is designed to help partners grow. By leveraging Lenovo’s full suite of products and solutions, partners can better strengthen their position in the market and respond to customer needs. What does Lenovo have in store for partners in the coming months? A. Lenovo 360 continues to evolve to best support the needs of our partners. While partners can already take advantage of tools such as Lenovo 360 Marketing Builder and our recently launched Lenovo 360 Solutions Hub, new tools are currently in development that will continue to help partners succeed and improve their partner experience with Lenovo. Lenovo has continued to grow our Lenovo 360 Circle community and plans more investment and growth for those partners already a member and those that will join in the future. Finally, we continue to add additional learning opportunities and incentives that partners can take advantage of to grow their business.
