Chef Josh Boyde began his culinary journey at the age of 14 when he took his first summer job working for his Aunt Velma, at Velma’s Place, a staple in the downtown area of St. John’s for many years. After that first experience working in a restaurant, Chef Josh was hooked, and he decided to pursue a career in the culinary industry.
