1 oz Absolut Vodka

½ oz Crème de Menthe
Rim a cocktail glass with crushed candy canes. Add remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 15-20 seconds. Strain into the glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans for luck.

GIBSON’S FINEST RARE HOT TODDY
1 ½ oz Gibson’s Finest Rare 12YO Whisky
Pour all ingredients into a heatproof mug. Stir until the honey has dissolved. Taste, and add more lemon or honey if needed. Garnish with a lemon wheel and cinnamon stick.
6 oz Boiling Water
2 -3 tsp Honey
2-3 tsp Lemon Juice

MAPLE OLD FASHIONED
1 ½ oz Signal Hill Whisky
1 oz Absolut Vanilia Vodka
½ oz Maple Syrup
½ oz Coffee Liqueur
5 dashes Bitters
½ oz Espresso
Stir ingredients well and strain over large ice cubes in a glass. Express oils from an orange peel over the drink and garnish with it.
Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a vanilla pod and coffee beans.
