Syrup: 1 cup Orange Juice ½ cup Honey ¼ tsp Ground Ginger ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon ¹⁄₈ tsp Ground Cloves
1 oz Seagram's Five Star Rye Whisky
1 oz Prosecco
To make syrup, whisk ingredients in a small saucespan over medium heat until bubbling. Let cool. Add syrup and Seagram's Whisky to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass and top with prosecco.

3 oz Amarula Cream Liqueur
Fold rum butter ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Divide into two glasses and add Amarula. Top with boiling water and stir well. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serves two.
