The 92 detached sales in November represented a decrease of 29% from October but were 3% higher vs November of last year. Coquitlam’s sales-to-listings ratio fell to 31% as the detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in November was $1.27M, 0.9% higher vs last month and a 10% increase year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.43M in November, up 1.6% vs last month and 16% higher vs last year.
