Month-over-month detached sales decreased 12% in November (to 175) but were 55% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 55%, as Langley’s detached market remained in seller’s market territory. November’s detached benchmark price of $1.11M was 2% above October and 13% higher vs November 2019. The average sold price was $1.51M, a 20% increase from October and 32% higher year-over-year.
