The 94 detached sales in November represented a 27% decrease vs October but were 21% above November 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 43%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained a seller’s market. The detached benchmark price in November was $1.67M—up 0.4% month-over-month and 12% above this time last year. The average sold price was $1.92M in November, 2% above October and 15% higher year-over-year.
