At 104, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver was unchanged vs last month and 6% above November 2019. The 34 townhome sales in November were down 40% from October and unchanged vs November 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 33%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. November’s benchmark price was $1.03M, increas- ing 0.5% from October and 10% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $1.08M (0.7% below October) while the average PSF sales price was $632 (a 9% decrease from October).
