The number of condo listings in North Vancouver decreased to 360 in November, 19% lower month- over-month but 29% above November 2019. Condo sales were 10% lower month-over-month, at 128, but increased 28% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 36%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $585,300, was 0.6% lower month-over-month but 7% higher year-over-year. The average sold price of $718,780 was down 0.3% vs October, while at $786, the average PSF sales price was 1.6% lower month-over-month.
