The 72 detached listings in Squamish in November were down 29% compared to October and 19% below November 2019. November’s detached sales (at 29) decreased by 24% month-over-month but rose 71% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in November increased to 40%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.05M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 3% above October and 7% higher vs November 2019. The average sold price of $1.32M was 22% above October and 26% higher vs November 2019.
