At 16, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 52% lower month-over-month and 57% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 26, were down 7% month-over- month but 63% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 163% in November as Squamish’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in November was $775,500, 2% above last month and 9% higher than last year. The average sold price was $725,373, while the average PSF sales price was $505 (down 1.1% and 2%, respectively, from last month).
