Condo listings in Squamish in November, at 54, were 5% below October and 18% lower than in November 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were up 108% in November and 19% higher month-over-month (at 25). Increasing to 46%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured sellers. November’s condo benchmark price of $494,200 was 3% below October and 0.6% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $558,148 at an average PSF sales price of $557 (up 11% but down 2%, respectively, month-over-month).
