Graduate to a new level of real estate as a GRI.

Earn your Master’s Degree in Real Estate through NAR’s REALTOR ® University.

The Graduate REALTOR ® Institute (GRI) is your foundation for success. Take 90 hours of coursework (60 required hours/30 elective hours) within five years. It’s the one NAR designation that doesn’t require the payment of annual dues, other than REALTOR ® membership. When you’ve completed your coursework, you’ll graduate with your peers at the NYSAR Business Meetings.

Earn advanced designations (Bachelor’s level) such as CCIM, CIPS, CRB, or CRS.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.

What are my education requirements? Real estate licensees must complete at least 22.5 hours of continuing education (CE) credit, including three hours of fair housing training, each license cycle.
