been removed from Dan’s T. The fenders, running boards, splash aprons, and everything body related that’s not part of the body is gone. The one exception is the laid-back factory windscreen that has also had a few pieces chopped out to further lower the profile. Dan added old T lights converted to 12-volts and ‘39 Ford taillights to make it look legal yet keeping its authentic looks. The black paint came on the car, and Pete Gutierrez did the lettering. The interior features Stewart-Warner gauges, aluminum interior panels by Dan, a Dan-built shifter, and a distressed brown vinyl seat by Joe Daine.
Dan truly loves his little Rajo Racer, and it shows on every detail he spent the time to get perfect. The T really is completely the opposite of a fancy show car, but every angle is finished. Like hot rods of the past, the only super rare/expensive/fancy part on the T is the engine, but it’s finished like its got a $100,000 chassis. It’s the kind of passion that shines through just looking at the T and if you ever meet Dan, you will see that the passion is real, and he still loves his Rajo Racer now that its been done for a few years.
