A supplement sheet will be available sale day with updated information, corrections, and ad- ditional information. This sheet and any announcements made sale day and from the auction block during the sale will take precedence over printed material associated with this sale.
TRUCKING
Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. If you plan to be bidding off-site on sale day, please contact Brad Mosby or any of the sale representatives shown to start exploring transportation options before the auction. Cattle CANNOT be left at the sale facility for any length of time and need to find transportation closer to you immediately after the sale.
HEALTH
All animals are eligible for interstate shipment. Interstate health papers will be prepared by sale day veterinarian at buyer’s request.
PURCHASER’S
All animals are the owner’s risk prior to their sale and become property of the pur- chaser as soon as declared sold by the auctioneer. Buyers in this auction and Gilchrist Auction Company are regulated by the USDA Packers & Stockyards Act which requires your payment to be made within 4 days of purchase.
