In addition to causing moments of distraction, sleep is interrupted with 35% of adolescents and 34% of parents admitting to checking their device during the night for various purposes (checking messages, emails or social networks). Considering the topics addressed and the analysis of the daily life of the young people from Spain and the Latin American area, we can conclude aspects that vary from the daily routine to aspects that are directly correlated with the way in which the person develops. Thus, it is important to theorize a plausible hypothesis for those observed. The theory of habit implies an association between the initiation and behavior in memory. Habits are the consequence of a history of behavioral repetition in relation to a cue. Thus, established habits are contingent on a cue, so they have automatic characteristics that are independent of stimuli such as goals and rewards. Habits are automatic, actions taking place without reference to reflective processes. The potential found in the formation of habits is the sustained change of behavior. In this context, many of the human behaviors and activities found everywhere are based on this process of habit formation. In conclusion, there are multiple risks affecting young people worldwide, both in Spain and Latin America, but extracurricular activities, the employment situation, and job opportunities are constantly evolving. These changes are fundamental for contemporary individuals and for a society in which access to resources is essential.
