Experience
a. A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Building Services. b. Worked for Consultancy, HEI or Maintenance Contractor. a. Good understanding of health, safety and environmental legislation. b. Computer literate, including understanding CAD, technical drawings, schematics for M&E installations. c. Demonstrate a knowledge and ability to quickly interpret data, overview results and spot statistical discrepancies. d. Demonstrate a willingness to read-up on technical literature. a. Membership to a recognised institution (eg ACIBSE, ACIBSE IEng, MCIBSE) b. Commitment to CPD and self-learning/ development. c. Enginnering quflication ie HNC/HND a. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with colleagues and external organisations at all levels. b. Explain technical matters in non-technical terms. c. Present information confidently. d. Manage others to deliver expected output e. Uses initiative but with a consultative approach.
a. Higher Education sector or accommodation experience.
