Pedersen and the structural engineers from HJ Cannon on the 14,400 s/f project which utilizes materials prefabri- cated offsite and trucked in for assembly in order to tighten the construction schedule. The pile supported building features EIFS panels complete with exterior finishes allowing Hollister to deliver a thermal
envelope in just three days. “This project requires pre- cise logistical planning as the majority of the large materi- als will be arriving one after another during a short window of time,” said project manager, Anthony Mantini . Hollister serves as construc- tion manager, design builder, and general contractor, for a broad spectrum of clients in New Jersey and New York and is widely recognized for the firm’s expertise in construc- tion projects for retail use. Raritan Shopping Center lo- cated in Sayreville, NJ, and the interior construction of a Joe’s Crab Shack restau- rant, located inside the new Courtyard Newark Downtown located in Newark, NJ. All of these projects required exten- sive logistical planning as the work is being completed while the centers remain open and full of customers.
