xton, PA — Joseph Sweeney , managing director/senior vice president of NorthMarq Capital’s Philadelphia based regional office arranged fi- nancing for a $7.475 million construction loan for Lionville Shopping Center, a 21,000 s/f unanchored retail center lo- cated at Route 113, Exton, Pa. The term of the transaction is two years interest only and was arranged by NorthMarq for the borrower through its relationship with a regional bank. n

Federal and Hamilton Bank along with Tyler Boykin and Colliers CEO and principal Tim Hearn . Hamilton Bank sold the former Florence Crittenton property, a two-building facil- ity located in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore, for $850,000. The property, located at 3110 Crittenton Place, is scheduled for a $6 million re-development into a 19-townhome/12-unit historic renovation led by John Brooks, a local developer. n

Middletown, NY — Colliers International has arranged the $3.95 million sale of The Plaza at Crystal Run, a 95,000 s/f shopping center at 400 North Galleria Dr. in Middletown, NY, to NorthEnd Equities. The property is comprised of a two-story, 86,000 s/f building tenanted by PETCO and Off Track Betting; a 9,000 s/f, free- standing unit tenanted by Pier 1 Imports; and shadow anchor Olive Garden. Jacklene Chesler , a man- aging director at Colliers In- ternational’s Parsippany, NJ office represented the seller in the transaction. BALTIMORE, MD — Col- liers International in Balti- more represented Rosedale Federal Savings and Loan As- sociation and Hamilton Bank in two property sale transac- tions in the Baltimore area. Rosedale Federal purchased a 2-acre parcel of land at the in- tersection of Philadelphia and Golden Ring Rds. in Rosedale, which sold for $1.4 million.
