Lights Hydroponics, LLC is now open at Liberty Center I in Erie. The niche retailer, which relocated from Ripley, NY, occupies 1,400 s/f at the 230,000 s/f shopping center, which is leased and managed by LMC. Sherry Bauer , broker/ owner of SBRE - Sherry Bauer Real Estate Ser- vices, arranged the transac- tion as LMC’s local leasing representative. Hydroponics is a method of growing plants without soil by providing all necessary nutrients in the plants’ water supply, according to Kimberly Daugherty, owner of North- ern Lights Hydroponics. The store carries a wide range of nutrients for consumers’ plant-growing needs, as well as indoor lighting, bulbs, growing media/soil, hydroponic systems and more. “We are a unique business and, as such, attract customers from a wide geographic area,” Daugherty said. “Relocating to Liberty Center I allows us to centralize our operations to better serve customers.” MAREJ
