Single Detached Highlights In the first six months of 2026, 2,517 new single detached homes were registered 3 in B.C. Compared with the same period in 2025, single detached registrations decreased 16.5%. In June, 453 single detached homes were registered 3 . Compared with June 2025, the number of single detached registrations decreased 5.2%. Using a 12-month moving average 5 , there were 412 new single detached registered homes 3 in June, trending at a 0.5% decrease from May. Using a 36-month moving average 5 , there were 450 new single detached registered homes 3 in June, which is a 1.2% decrease from May. Surrey (40), Vancouver (35), Langley* (20) and Mission (20) had the largest number of single detached homes registered 3 in June.
