Enrolled Multi-unit Highlights • In the first seven months of 2026, 8,258 new multi-unit homes were enrolled 11 in B.C. Compared with the same period in 2025, multi-unit enrollments decreased 29.9%. • In July, 708 multi-unit homes were enrolled 10 . Compared with July 2025, the number of multi-unit enrollments decreased 19.6%. • Using a 12-month moving average 5 , there were 1,012 new multi-unit enrolled homes 11 in July, trending at a 1.4% decrease from June. • Using a 36-month moving average 5 , there were 1,460 new multi-unit enrolled homes 11 in July, which is a 1.6% decrease from June. • There were 177 new multi-unit buildings enrolled 11 in July. Most of these buildings were duplexes (73.4%) and quadplexes (12.4%). The largest building of 267 units was proposed to be built in Burnaby. • In July, Burnaby (317), Vancouver (117) and Surrey (61) had the largest number of multi- unit enrolled homes 11 in B.C.
