Enrolled Multi-unit Highlights In the first six months of 2026, 7,552 new multi-unit homes were enrolled 11 in B.C. Compared with the same period in 2025, multi-unit enrollments decreased 32.8%. In June, 891 multi-unit homes were enrolled 10 . Compared with June 2025, the number of multi-unit enrollments decreased 12.8%. Using a 12-month moving average 5 , there were 1,027 new multi-unit enrolled homes 11 in June, trending at a 0.8% increase from May. Using a 36-month moving average 5 , there were 1,494 new multi-unit enrolled homes 11 in June, which is a 0.3% decrease from May. There were 193 new multi-unit buildings enrolled 11 in June. Most of these buildings were duplexes (72.0%) and quadplexes (17.1%). The largest building of 306 units was proposed to be built in Coquitlam. In June, Coquitlam (329), Surrey (204), and Vancouver (87) had the largest number of multi-unit enrolled homes 11 in B.C.
