6. Loss or Damage to Personal Belongings Employees are responsible to safeguard their personal belongings against fire, loss and damage. The hotel will not accept any liabilities for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

7. Public Statements Unless specifically authorized in writing by the General Manager, no employee may make public statements concerning the hotel’s financial standing, plans or policies, services or facilities, projects or problems. Any such enquiry is to be forwarded to the General Manager. 8. Money We encourage employees not to carry more than Rs. 2000/- cash at work. It is also mandatory for an employee to declare any cash in excess of Rs. 2000/- at the security gate. Also, all colleagues should refrain from carrying any valuables as the hotel will not be responsible for such belongings. For the convenience of all colleagues, we have an ATM installed in the hotel premises, which can be used for withdrawing cash before leaving from the hotel. 9. Mobile Usage Only colleagues with company mobile phones will be allowed to carry their hand phones during work hours. All other colleagues should leave their phones in their lockers and should not be found using personal hand phones during work hours.
