14. Which direction does the hotel entrance face? The Hotel entrance is east facing and is considered to be the most auspicious entrance location as per Vastu.
15. Where is the Swimming Pool located? The swimming pool is located on the east side, adjacent to the gymnasium.
16. Do we have a heated swimming pool? We do not have heated or temperature controlled pool.
17. Does our hotel have a helipad? Our Helipad is located on the 19 th floor just above Hype. As dictated by the Local Government laws the area is accessible only during special case scenarios. 18. Is there a multi level car park in the hotel? Middle basement offering parking space for 92 cars and lower basement offering 112 car parking spaces. Additionally, we will also have Multi Level car parking facility located outside the hotel 100 meters away to the left hand side offering 155 car parking spaces. 20. Where is the Fire Command Centre (FCC) located? The Fire Command Centre is located at upper basement inside the Security office CCTV room. The Command Centre will be manned 24 hours of the day. It will have Main Fire Panel, Panic Alarm Panel, Elevator Monitoring system and Gas Leak Detection Panel. All these panel are digital and will indicate the exact location of the emergency. 21. How many DG sets are available and where are they located? We have the provision for secondary power source. There are 3 DG sets located at the middle basement towards the south side of the basement. The Total DG back up capacity is 3520 KVA. 19. Where is the house clinic located? Staff Clinic is located next to the Staff Restaurant at the upper basement.

24. The glass cube elevator is operational till which floor? Glass Cube elevator is accessible from lobby level to level 2.
