40. How can the guest provide feedback with “in the Moment experience”?  This channel of feedback is known as “your voice”. The guest can scan a QR code that is prominently displayed across all guest contact points in the hotel. Guest can provide us with “in the moment experience” feedback. It helps us in quickly redressing guest complaints and instant service recovery.

Sales & Marketing

1. Do our clients need any licences for their events at the Hotel? To have any live performances IPRS (Indian Performing Right Society) license is required & for DJ and recorded music PPL (Public Performance Background license) is needed. For International performers work permit is required without the required licenses any kind of music or performance cannot be conducted. 2. What are the views from the rooms? Bengaluru City View (east), golf course view/ city view (west), Bengaluru Palace View (north), and Vidhana Soudha towards south. 3. How many Horizon Club rooms do we have? We have 72 Horizon rooms which include 24 Horizon Deluxe City View, 41 Horizon Grand Bengaluru View, 7 Horizon Panorama View. Apart from these we have 30 suites including the Shangri-La Suite & 3 Governor Suites. 4. How many meeting rooms do we have in total? 07 (Grand Ballroom, Krishna, Pennar 1, Pennar 2, Kaveri, Kabini & Board Room) 5. Do we have power back up for events? Yes, we have 3 DGs inhouse located at middle basement, apart from this we also have provision at the Grand Ballroom for power back up for additional mobile gensets that are pre- cabled and can be directly plugged in. 6. What AV arrangements do we have at our event venues? We have a fully equipped Audio Visual system (Light rigging system from Jomard that has drop down bars where lights can be fixed) apart from this we have concealed projectors, speakers and drop down screens.
