Who is the mascot of our hotel? Vikram is the mascot of our hotel. He is an elephant who possesses qualities of leader who drives innovation and change. What does CHI mean? “CHI” is the universal life force that governs well-being and vitality. To maintain good health, it is believed that chi must flow freely within the body, and when blocked, disease and illness follow. 3. What are the operational hours for CHI the Spa? The Spa is operational from 10 am to 10 pm.

The first appointment for the day will be taken by 10 am and the last appointment for the day will be taken at 10 pm. Based on guest requirements, should there be a request for an appointment earlier than 10am, appointment will be given to accommodate guests’ preferred time however prior notice is required to arrange the same.
