Evelyn’s continuing education includes: • Returning injured athlete’s to sports. • Pilates for Rehabilitation. • Evidenced based examination and treatment for lumbar spine and pelvis. • Principles of core first strategies. • The Aging Spine. • Clinical examination of the runner. • Rotator cuff disorder, treatment and surgical approach (emphasis on post-surgical rehab). In Evelyn’s spare time, she enjoys training for half marathons with her husband, together they find the experience challenging, rewarding and a healthier lifestyle. Evelyn’s first love and life enjoyment come from her two beautiful young sons, Evelyn finds what helps her manage the family’s hectic schedule while performing at a high level, is setting goals each week and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Evelyn is a licensed physical therapist, licensed in two States and the Philippines, she has been practicing for more than 20 years specializing in out-patient orthopedic injuries, surgical rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Concentration in core stabilization training, postural re-education, shoulder, and cervical injuries. Evelyn works with a diverse patient population utilizing manual therapy skills, instruction in self-treatment, and functional exercises to facilitate optimal recovery.
