EXECUTIVE SESSION The board convened in executive session at 3:00 p.m. for sixty minutes for the purpose of reviewing the performance of a public employee, per RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g). Executive session ended at 4:00 p.m. Present: Robert Nellams, Board Chair Ray Conner, Vice Chair Erin Black, Trustee Jeff Charbonneau, Trustee Board members, Executive Leadership Team members, and faculty and staff attended a social reception and dinner at Suncadia Mountain Resort, Cle Elum, WA. No business was conducted. JULY 21, 2023 EXECUTIVE SESSION The board convened in executive session at 8:30 a.m. for thirty minutes for the purpose of reviewing the performance of a public employee, per RCW 42.30.110 (1)(g). At 9:00 a.m., the executive session was extended another fifteen minutes.
