Louise is, without question, one of the best CWU employees I have ever encountered. Louise has expert-level skills with our systems used for academic scheduling and space administration, as well as an immensely deep institutional knowledge to guide our activities in CWU Academic Scheduling. Dedicated, knowledgeable, organized, responsive, and always making certain we ask, “How does this action impact the student experience?” Louise is a great team member and colleague. Tiffany Smith Counseling Psychologist Student Counseling Services
Tiffany has had a number of roles – Academic Advisor, Case Manager, and Therapist – over her time at CWU. In each role, she has brought dedication, intentionality, care, and a deep appreciation and celebration of every person she works with. Tiffany has the innate ability to understand how to support and challenge people to grow to their fullest potential. She brings joy and laughter to our work every day. I can’t imagine a team without her. Thank you Tiffany for ten years of service to Central Washington University!
