Officer Hadaller has proudly served the CWU community with distinction, consistently embodying the “Wildcat Way” through his conduct, leadership, and engagement with students, staff, and visitors. He has been awarded the Department Life Saving Award, a testament to his courage, quick thinking, and dedication in critical moments. His actions reflect the highest standards of law enforcement and his deep commitment to protecting life. Officer Hadaller has contributed significantly to the development of others within the department by serving as a Field Training Officer, a Taser Instructor, and a trusted mentor to new officers, helping to shape the next generation of law enforcement professionals. He is also among the select few CWU family members who have completed the Traditions Keeper program and earned the coveted medal—an honor that reflects his deep connection to the university’s values and traditions.
