Over the past five years, Thomas Pedersen has established and led critical enterprise-level functions, including the Title IX and Compliance Office and the Policy and Ethics Office, and is currently spearheading the implementation of an Enterprise Risk Management framework. Grounded in compliance yet informed by practical, real-world insight, Thomas brings a thoughtful and strategic perspective that continues to guide the university forward on these essential priorities.
