Jones, P.E. has been selected by the Cen- tral Pennsylvania Engineers Week Council to receive the 2013 Engineer of the Year Award. Kenneth is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers and is employed with HNTB, Inc. He is a professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio and Arizona. Specialty certifications include: Certi- fied Bridge Inspector, NCEES Model Engineer, OSHA 10- hour Training, and Railroad Safety Training. Technical Achievement Dr. Seth Wolpert has been selected by the Cen- tral Pennsylvania Engineers Week Council to receive the 2013 Technical Achievement Award. Seth is a member of
the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and is employed with Penn State Harrisburg. John H. McCormick Educational Outreach Larry M. Brown, P.E. has been selected by the Cen- tral Pennsylvania Engineers Week Council (CPEWC) to receive the 2013 John H. McCormick Educational Out- reach Award. The award fo- cuses on his ongoing efforts to expose students to the world of engineering, science and technology. n Wilburne, E.I.T. This award is presented to an individual (no more than 35 years-old) based on his/her scholastic achievements, tech- nical and professional society activities, technical papers and/or patents, engineering experience and accomplish- ments, and civic/humanitar- ian activities. It is awarded to a young candidate who is a li- censed Professional Engineer or Engineer-In-Training. Brianne Wilburne is em- ployed at Air Products as a project development engineer for the Cryogenic Systems Engineering and Manufac- turing Team. In this role, she leads teams to define scope, schedule, and cost, both fixed and variable, of capital projects. n
