it up during the great recession which affected all classes of real estate and quite seriously the City of Scranton, is quite an accomplishment. Started in 2009 and fully leased in 2012, this building is the newest of- fice building to be built in the City in the last twelve years. Mr. Cognetti said, “It took foresight, determination and hard work from everyone in- volved to accomplish this.” n
