At 21, the number of townhome listings in Squamish was 91% higher month-over-month but 32% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 24, were up 71% month-over- month and 167% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 114% in March as Squamish’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in March was $826,600, 5% above last month and 16% higher than last year. The average sold price was $899,763, while the average PSF sales price was $619 (up 8% and 10%, respectively, from last month).
