FINAL COUNTDOWN: ONLY 50 TICKETS REMAINING AS NATIONAL FENESTRATION AWARDS HEADS TOWARDS THIRD CONSECUTIVE SELL-OUT
Organisers of the National Fenestration Awards (NFAs) have announced that the final countdown is officially underway, with only 50 tickets remaining for the 2026 winners’ event. Following consecutive complete sell-outs over the last two years, demand for the sector’s premier celebration has reached an all-time high. Taking place on Saturday, 24th October 2026 at the Hilton at Doncaster Racecourse, this year’s ceremony is tracking to match previous record-breaking attendances. The independent, highly inclusive awards platform brings together manufacturers, installers, suppliers, and innovators from across the UK glass and fenestration industry to honour supreme excellence. In addition to recognising industry-wide talent, the 2026 event proudly features Cancer Research UK as its official chosen charity partner for the second consecutive year, featuring interactive fundraising games, raffles, and initiatives hosted throughout the day to support life-saving research.
Sarah Rogers, Operations Director at the National Fenestration Awards, commented: “Having sold out completely for the last two years running, we knew demand would be exceptionally high, but the response this year has been staggering. With just 50 tickets left, we are right on the brink of our third consecutive sell-out. The momentum across the industry has been incredible, and we are urging anyone who still wants to join us to secure their seats immediately. Once these final few tickets are gone, they are gone—we don’t want anyone to miss out on what is shaping up to be an unforgettable celebration.” With the final allocation clearing fast, attendees are encouraged to act quickly to avoid disappointment. To purchase the remaining tickets or find out more information about the 2026 event, please visit the official website at www.fenestrationawards.co.uk/ winners-event or contact the team directly at info@fenestrationawards.co.uk.

Fit. Forget. Get Paid Summer is usually quieter in the door industry — holidays, days out and family time mean homeown - ers’ focus is elsewhere. But we’ve had a fantastic summer at Hallmark. Why? Quality. Price. Service. Lead times. We know — every door manufacturer says that. The difference? Our orders, installer reviews and awards back it up. Over 3,800 installers choose Hallmark every year — whether it’s for every door, the occasional order, or simply when they need us. Now autumn’s here, the busy run-up to Christ - mas begins. Let’s make it a big one together. Got a door to order? Put your next one through Hall - mark. We could give you a long list of reasons to choose Hallmark. But really, it comes down to getting the basics right. Doors that are made to right. Nobody wants to spend hours fighting with a door just to get it fitted. Tight slabs, poor hinge prep, bow - ing, fading, cracked skins — they cost you time on the job and callbacks down the line. Our doors are made to fit fast and move on to the next job.
Fit with confidence. Cold. Wind. Driving rain. The weather’s about to start putting every door to the test — and not all doors are created equal. Every Hallmark door is fully weather-tested and U-value compliant, so you can fit it knowing it’s up to the job. Don’t get caught out fitting one that isn’t. Up to 4 deliveries a week. With lead times around 7 days and 10k door slabs in stock, we’re ready when your jobs are. Voted the UK’s No.1 composite door by install - ers — 5 years running. Not by us. By the people fitting them. And when you need us, you get a person. A real team who know doors, answer the phone/ emails and sort problems out. Competitive pricing + 30-day credit available. Doors from £360, FREE delivery, no frequent price increases and no surcharges. Whether you already order every door from us, hav - en’t used us for a while, or split your orders between suppliers… Put your next order through Hallmark and see why 3,800 installers keep coming back.

UCS DESIGN GROUP MARKS 20 YEARS WITH TRIPLE NFA26 SHORTLISTING
UCS Design Group has been shortlisted at the 2026 National Fenestration Awards in the categories of PVCu Fabricator of the Year, Aluminium Fabricator of the Year, and Fabricator/ Manufacturer of the Year, capping off a milestone year for the business as it celebrates its 20th anniversary. Founded two decades ago, UCS has grown from a single-site fabricator into Ireland’s one-stop shop for the trade, manufacturing and supplying windows, doors, commercial glazing and outdoor living products from its Belfast headquarters and Dublin branch. The business serves independent installers, home improvement companies, builders and architects across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. “Being recognised as a finalist in our 20th year means a huge amount to the whole team. Twenty years ago we started as a manufacturer. Today we’re proud to be a genuine trade partner, helping installers and home improvement businesses grow, not just supplying product.”
That growth has been underpinned by continued investment in lean manufacturing and operational excellence, work recognised by Invest NI, which named UCS an Operational Excellence case study following the business’s transformation from a reactive operation into a customer-centric organisation with a long-term strategic focus. That drive for improvement is most visible in Vision360, the all-encompassing platform UCS has developed in-house to give trade customers real- time visibility of production, delivery and order status, one more way the business has backed up its “trade partner” positioning with genuine investment rather than just a slogan. With three NFA26 shortlisting’s and twenty years in business now behind it UCS’s ambitions haven’t changed much, only the scale. Whether it’s product, platform, or people, the business says the aim remains the same: making life easier for the trade customers who depend on it.

WHY THE RESIDENCE COLLECTION CONTINUES TO LEAD THE TIMBER- ALTERNATIVE MARKET
From award-winning heritage window and door systems to investing in the next generation of industry talent, The Residence Collection reflects on 15 years of market-leading innovation—and what lies ahead for installers and fabricators. For 15 years, The Residence Collection has redefined the fenestration landscape, establishing itself as the gold standard for luxury timber-alternative uPVC systems. Ever since the launch of the pioneering Residence 9 (R9) system, the brand has continually bridged the gap between authentic 19th-century aesthetics and 21st-century thermal and structural performance. Today, that market-leading legacy spans an expanded portfolio, including Residence 7 (R7) and Residence² (R²), and of course the new timber alternative entrance door, earning consistent industry recognition and prestigious award wins along the way. Award-Winning Heritage The brand’s commitment to excellence was highlighted again at the GGP (Glass and Glazing Products) Awards, where premier installer Silent View Windows clinched the award for Best Heritage Installation using Residence 9. The winning project (a sensitive restoration of a Grade II listed former NatWest Bank on Thame High Street) replicated historic 1910 fenestration patterns using R9 in Grained White. Securing listed-building consent while achieving A+ energy ratings and a 1.2 W/m²K U-value, the project demonstrated once again why Residence 9 remains the timber-alternative system of choice for conservation officers, developers, and trade partners nationwide. Uncompromising Style and Trade Security Building on 15 years of timber-alternative excellence, The Residence Collection has expanded its focus to front doors, providing installers with high-margin, visually striking solutions. Front doors are no longer just focal points for kerb appeal; they are complex assemblies that must deliver long-term security, weatherproofing, and thermal performance. The Residence Collection’s dedicated open-in entrance door offers total aesthetic and performance continuity across property projects. Crafted with
traditional joinery aesthetics in mind, the door range features a deep bottom rail, a bespoke 130mm mid- rail, and a patent-pending panel surround trim that conceals gasket lines for a seamless finish and a finished timber aesthetic. To support installers on the ground, the upgraded Residence Door Designer tool puts creative and visual control directly into the hands of customers. Offering over four million possible design combinations across 21 styles, 11 colour options and numerous glazing designs, the digital tool generates qualified, spec-ready leads that route straight to trade partners.. Apprenticeships & Young Talent Behind every award-winning profile and technical achievement is a dedicated team committed to driving British manufacturing and industry innovation forward. As the fenestration sector faces ongoing skills shortages, The Residence Collection
and its wider Q19 Group family are actively investing in the next generation by bringing on apprentices across multi-channel disciplines. A prime example of this commitment to nurturing fresh talent is Evie Hughes, a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice at sister brand Window Widgets. Over the past year in her role, Evie has been building hands-on marketing experience while working alongside and learning from experienced colleagues across the company. Her dedication and rapid professional development have earned industry recognition, culminating in a nomination for the NFA Young Person of the Year (18-30) award. A True Partnership Model Reflecting on the brand’s trajectory and trade focus, Jo Trotman, Sales & Marketing Manager at The Residence Collection, commented: “We are so proud of how far we’ve come over the past 15 years. When we launched Residence 9, we set out to prove that timber-alternative systems could honour traditional British heritage while delivering cutting-edge energy performance. Winning industry awards and helping our partners secure prestigious conservation projects proves the enduring power of that vision. “However, staying at the top requires continuous evolution. Whether that’s engineering our
high-performance systems, upgrading digital sales tools like our Door Designer, or investing in wonderful young apprentices like Evie, our priority is always supporting our fabricators and installers. We’re not just supplying profiles; we’re building lifelon g partnerships and nurturing the future talent of our industry.” To explore the full Residence Collection window and door range, visit www.residencecollection.co.uk

INVISIBLE INNOVATION: THE ARCHITECTURAL CASE FOR UNDERFLOOR DRIVE SYSTEMS ON SWING DOORS
or stone-clad entrances.
Underfloor operators resolve this by removing the need for visible hardware . Entirely concealed beneath the floor, these systems allow swing doors to function effortlessly without interrupting the aesthetic flow of the space. Whether specified in high-end commercial developments, luxury residences, or listed buildings, the result is an entrance that functions beautifully—and invisibly. Meeting Accessibility Standards with Style Complying with regulations such as the Equality Act and BS 8300 doesn’t have to come at the expense of design. Underfloor systems support fully automated, barrier-free access , while remaining hidden from view. They can be integrated with push pads, access control systems, sensors, or building management systems - ensuring compliance without cluttering the interior or exterior design. Maximising Space and Flexibility For projects where space is at a premium —narrow corridors, compact lobbies, or glass curtain walling— underfloor operators are an excellent alternative to overhead systems. They eliminate the need for side or overhead clearances and free up wall space for other architectural elements like signage, glazing, or lighting. This opens up new creative possibilities, particularly in projects where every millimetre of usable space matters.
In contemporary architecture, the demand for seamless integration between technology and design continues to grow. Nowhere is this more evident than in entrance systems, where the challenge lies in balancing automation, accessibility, and aesthetics. Underfloor drive systems for swing doors offer architects an elegant, discreet solution— one that delivers all the benefits of automation without compromising on visual design. Seamless Design Integration Architects often face the dilemma of integrating essential hardware into spaces where minimalism or heritage preservation is paramount. Traditional surface-mounted door operators can disrupt clean lines, obstruct sightlines, or appear visually intrusive—particularly in glass façades, timber doors,
The UFO NT boasts a much wider range of capabilities and features than its predecessor, including manual use via the Smart swing function, a redundant spring system, programmable force settings, greater opening angles and increased leaf weight and widths for both internal and external doors. Offering flexibility, the UFO NT has a full range of operational functions from fully automatic to manual opening and closing including low energy and Push & Go. At its core is GEZE’s popular automatic swing operator Powerturn.
Quiet, Durable, and Built to Last Behind the scenes, underfloor operators are designed for longevity and performance . Housed in sealed, floor-mounted boxes, they are protected against dirt, dust, and moisture - making them suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Their quiet operation makes them ideal for environments where acoustics are a priority, such as hotels, libraries, and healthcare settings. Many systems also offer customisable settings for speed, force, and hold-open time - allowing specifiers to tailor performance to door type, size, and usage pattern. Smart Specification for Modern Projects Underfloor swing door operators align perfectly with modern architectural values : minimal visual impact, improved user experience, and intelligent, integrated functionality. While installation requires early coordination with floor construction and finishes, the design benefits are significant. For architects committed to delivering clean, cohesive, and compliant environments , underfloor operator systems offer a quiet revolution in door automation—both literally and aesthetically. UFO NT: Underfloor operator – concealed door drive system Giving designers greater freedom to create aesthetically attractive entrances the UFO NT operator is perfectly hidden from view. Mounted below the finished floor level it enables maximum transparency of the entrance yet still provides automatic access.
Using the GEZE Powerturn as the base of this new drive
has enabled the features that make the GEZE Powerturn desirable to be incorporated into the UFO NT. This includes operating larger and heavier doors, a smaller drive and control box and the option for effortless manual passage through the door via the Smart swing function.

A YEAR OF GROWTH: HOW ADVERTO MEDIA IS RAISING THE BAR FOR FENESTRATION MARKETING
Leads in real time One of the biggest additions this year has been a new lead notification app, now rolled out to every Adverto Media client. Rather than waiting for a daily report or an email digest, installers and window and door companies can now watch new leads land in real time, giving sales teams the chance to respond while interest is still hot. In an industry where speed to first contact can make or break a sale, that immediacy has already started to change how clients run their sales operations day to day.
Fresh from being named Digital Specialist of the Year at the National Fenestration Awards for the second year running, Adverto Media has spent 2025/26 turning that recognition into real results for its clients. Winning back-to-back titles at the NFAs isn’t something Adverto Media takes lightly. It’s a marker of consistency in an industry where marketing budgets have to work harder than ever, and it’s a responsibility the team has taken as a reason to push further rather than sit still. Over the past twelve months, that has meant new tools, new services, and a fresh look at how leads are tracked, converted and delivered to clients.
Built for the small installer Adverto Media has also launched a new Quote on the Go app, aimed squarely at smaller installers who don’t have the back-office support of the bigger players. The app lets tradespeople quote a job, manage the installation and raise an invoice, all from site and all from their phone. It’s a small addition on paper but a significant one in practice, cutting out the paperwork and admin delays that so often slow down smaller businesses, and helping them compete on responsiveness with much larger competitors. Bringing showrooms to the screen On the creative side, Adverto Media has introduced premium Matterport 360° virtual tours to its offering. For window and door companies, being able to walk a prospective customer through a showroom, a completed installation, or a range of finishes online, before they’ve even left the sofa, has become a genuinely persuasive sales tool. It’s the kind of immersive content that keeps visitors on-site for longer and builds trust well before the first phone call. Sharper tracking, lower costs Behind the scenes, the team has also invested heavily in improving lead tracking accuracy across both phone calls and web forms, giving clients a much clearer picture of which campaigns are actually driving business. That extra precision has fed directly into performance: cost per conversion has dropped by nearly 40% over the past year, meaning clients are paying significantly less for every lead that comes through the door. The numbers tell the story Perhaps the clearest evidence of Adverto Media’s progress is in the lead volumes themselves. Comparing August 2025 with August 2026, the number of leads generated for clients has grown
by close to 80%, with month-on-month totals now regularly topping 3,000 leads, up from around 2,000 this time last year. It’s a trend that has been building steadily rather than spiking, reflecting a marketing engine that clients can rely on to keep improving. The agency’s team has grown by more than 10% over the past year to support this growth, adding specialists across development, tracking and customer success alongside its core marketing team. Founded by Managing Director Nick Caddy, who started the business in his garage after leaving the family firm, Caddy Windows, Adverto Media now supports more than 350 window and door companies across the UK. “Winning Digital Specialist of the Year two years running is a huge honour, but what matters most to us is what happens for our clients in between the awards,” said Nick Caddy, Managing Director of Adverto Media. “This year has been about giving installers, from the smallest one-man bands to the larger regional players, tools that actually save them time and put more qualified leads in front of them for less money. Seeing cost per conversion drop by 40% while lead volumes nearly double tells us we’re heading in the right direction.” With partnerships in place alongside Tommy Trinder, Monday.com and WindowCAD, and a growing suite of tools built specifically for the fenestration sector, Adverto Media continues to position itself as more than a marketing agency. Get the lead, quote the lead, sell the lead remains the guiding principle, and this year’s developments show a team putting that principle into practice at every stage of the journey. To find out how Adverto Media’s award-winning approach could help your business grow, visit advertomedia.co.uk.

DECEUNINCK NAMED FINALIST IN SEVEN CATEGORIES AT THE 2026 NATIONAL FENESTRATION AWARDS
Deceuninck has been shortlisted in seven categories at this year’s National Fenestration Awards, including Colour Specialists of the Year, Digital Marketing Campaign of the Year, Recycling Company of the Year, and Aluminium Systems Company of the Year; a reflection of the company’s continued investment in product performance, sustainability, and customer support. With more than 30 colourways available from stock and a further 25 on a three-week lead time, Deceuninck continues to set the pace in colour flexibility. For fabricators, being able to order from a full stillage down to single bar lengths helps reduce stockholding, manage cash flow, and take on specialist colour work without overcommitting. Deceuninck’s approach ensures colour becomes a growth opportunity rather than an operational burden. To further support commercial growth, the Deceuninck Business Kit provides fabricators with a tailored suite of tools, including installer profiles, website subsites, lead-generation tools, CRM functionality, and a library of marketing assets. Recently updated with a new interface and support for Commercial and Installer markets, the platform is designed to open new opportunities and help Deceuninck customers strengthen their market
presence.
Addressing the growing challenge of greenwashing in today’s market, Deceuninck ensures every environmental claim is evidence-based, independently verified, and transparently reported. This commitment to genuine action strengthens customer trust and reinforces Deceuninck’s long- term strategy of achieving net zero by 2050 as part of the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). With energy standards tightening, fabricators need systems that deliver genuine efficiency without adding unnecessary cost, weight, or complexity on the factory floor. The Decalu aluminium platform builds thermal performance in from the start, combining modular efficiency with future-facing U-values across windows and doors. This gives
aluminium fabricators the confidence to compete directly with composite systems specified on thermal performance alone. For PVC-U fabricators and installers, Deceuninck’s diversified lineup includes the Triple Track 24, which stretches classic sliding doors across wider openings to maximize natural light. An additional track allows up to three leaves to stack neatly behind one another, creating expansive doorways with up to six panes that seamlessly blur the line between indoor and outdoor living. “Being recognised across many categories is a testament to our people, customers, and suppliers,”
says Darren Woodcock, General Manager of Deceuninck.
“As confidence returns and regulatory expectations tighten, continued success in 2026 will depend on preparation, consistency, and the strength of supply partnerships. Fabricators need suppliers who can support growth when the market lifts, understand the compliance landscape, and provide futureproof systems backed by robust technical data. With our investment in product performance, sustainability, and service reliability, Deceuninck is positioned perfectly as exactly that kind of partner.”
TITAN does it better: Restricts the sash. Not the possibilities.
The new TITAN 90° opening restrictor: complies with the DOEB guideline and impresses at every stage, from production to operation.
However you look at it, TITAN is one of the most successful hardware systems because every last detail is constantly being refined and improved. The fact that TITAN is now also the first system to provide an opening restrictor certified to the DOEB guideline – with a special focus on functional reliability and durability – underlines its technical edge. Easy to install, the TITAN 90° opening restrictor is the only product of its kind to provide lasting protection not only for the sash and reveal, but also for the hinge side. It does this by damping the sash, gently stopping it in the end position and safely preventing it from closing unintentionally when there is a draught. Conveni- ence and zero-maintenance operation built in as standard: how a 90° opening width translates into 100% customer satisfaction. www.siegenia.com 360° room comfort
GAP LOOKING TO CLAIM SECOND TRADE COUNTER AWARD
As the industry comes together to celebrate excellence, innovation and service, GAP Ltd has once again been shortlisted for Trade Counter of the Year and is hoping to claim the coveted award for the second consecutive year. Being recognised among the industry’s leading businesses is a significant achievement and reflects the dedication of the team, the strength of the product offering and the continued support of customers and suppliers. The nomination is particularly meaningful as it acknowledges the service, expertise and commitment delivered across GAP’s nationwide trade counter network every day. A Growing Network GAP continues to go from strength to strength, with 113 depots nationwide serving customers across the UK. The Trade Counter of the Year nomination is a reflection of the people behind the business. From trade counter teams and drivers to support staff and management, every colleague plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards customers have come to expect from GAP. Recognition and Renovation A major highlight of the year was receiving the Outstanding Contribution Award from Taylor Wimpey at its annual supplier conference at The Belfry. The recognition reflects the strong partnerships GAP has built and its ongoing commitment to service excellence. The remaining part of 2026 will see GAP undertake the largest refurbishment programme
in its history, modernising older depots and transforming them into its new fitter-friendly depot format. This significant investment demonstrates the company’s commitment to creating the best possible experience for customers while ensuring its depots remain fit for the future. Industry Recognition The company is honoured to be nominated once again at the National Fenestration Awards 2026 and hopes to retain the title for a second consecutive year. As reigning winners, GAP understands the standard of competition is exceptionally high, making the recognition even more significant.
VBH SUPPLIES PRESTBURY – 3 STAYS IN 1
Hardware specialist VBH have announced that Cotswold’s innovative new Prestbury Stay is the latest exciting addition to their product range. Prestbury is a side hung friction stay that provides Restricted, Egress and Easy Clean functions all in one stay. The restrictor function negates the need to fit additional hardware in situations where restriction is required on an egress window. In this position, the stay will allow a nominal maximum 100mm opening, depending on the sash width and profile design. When the restriction is released, Prestbury moves into Egress mode, allowing the sash to open fully to provide a clear exit route for occupants, and clear access for emergency teams. The restriction release tab is finished in vibrant green to make it easily identifiable in the event of an emergency. It spans the whole width of the track for ease of operation without risk of finger trapping. The Easy Clean function provides sufficient space between the frame/mullion and sash to allow the user to clean the sash’s exterior from inside the building. The sash can be pulled closed directly from any position. Crucially, when the sash is closed, Presbury automatically resets so that it is in its safe, restricted, position the next time the window is opened. Gary Gleeson, marketing manager at VBH says, “Throughout our 44-year history in the UK, VBH’s
aim has always been to offer the best, most innovative products to our customers, whether those products are from our own greenteQ brand or from one of our chosen supply partners. “In Prestbury, the team at Cotswold has designed and produced a top quality friction stay that is just what the market has been waiting for. We are proud to add Prestbury to our extensive friction stay range.” VBH advise that Prestbury has been tested to relevant safety standards and is covered by Cotswold Architectural Products’ 10-year mechanical guarantee. For more information on Presbury 3-in-1 friction stays contact VBH direct on 01634 263300 or email info@vbhgb.com.

SMART AS STANDARD: WHY HAS THE DOOR INDUSTRY BEEN LEFT BEHIND
Justin Harris shares his thoughts on smart technology and its growing role in our industry Smart technology is everywhere, except, it seems, in the part of the home responsible for protecting everything and everyone inside it. We control heating, lighting, appliances and security from our phones. A basic LED bulb might cost £5, yet for £7 it can offer an app, colours and dimming. Why, then, has the door industry expected homeowners to pay £500, £800 or even £1,000 more to make a door smart? We should be brutally honest. Smart perimeter access has not been held back because homeowners cannot understand it. They use smart technology every day. It has been held back because our industry has not consistently offered the right product, confidence, simplicity, support and price. Why has adoption remained low? Many smart products are retrofitted or combine a device, cylinder and lock from different suppliers. Compatibility and integration are not the same. Door manufacturers and installers carry the risk of difficult setup, unreliable operation, callbacks and uncertainty over responsibility. If they do not trust the product, they will not propose it. If they do not demonstrate the benefits,
homeowners will not know why they might want it. Low adoption may reflect industry confidence, not homeowner interest. Smart ready is not a smart door Some doors described as smart ready have no smart capability when installed. The homeowner may buy something later, but even then, it may only monitor whether the door is open or closed. That is “jam tomorrow”. A sensor can provide information, but it observes the door; it does not control it. It cannot necessarily lock or unlock the door, manage access or let someone enter without a key. A smart door should provide visibility and action. Crafted Synergy is installed as a complete solution from day one, not a promise the homeowner must complete later. Engineered as a smart doorset A smart turner is only as effective as its lock. Many locks were never designed for motorised operation. Real doors move, bow and twist. Weather and seasonal change affect the force required. A person can compensate. A smart turner cannot. Winkhaus did not rush another standalone product to market. AV4 and Thunderbolt accommodate the realities of a working doorset, with Polaris designed
specifically around them. We have placed doors under duress and repeatedly tested whether Polaris continues to operate. Comparative assessments with prospective customers reinforce the conclusion: the mechanical lock is critical to successful smart operation. That is the difference between attaching smart technology to a door and engineering a smart doorset. One complete ecosystem
Crafted Synergy combines German engineered locks, cylinder security, sensing and smart technology within one purpose designed ecosystem. The components have been dovetailed and tested together. There is no pick and mix from unrelated suppliers. Installation, app setup and calibration are simple. Key operation remains, while the homeowner gains smart control and confirmation that the door is physically closed and locked. Technology sits discreetly inside. Outside, the door retains its traditional appearance and compatible furniture. Smart functionality should be experienced, not displayed to the street. The sale is not app, motor or sensor. It is children entering without keys, managed access for relatives, carers or tradespeople, and reassurance that the door is secure. Our lifestyle videos and homeowner materials will demonstrate these real-life benefits. Customers receive the product, story and support needed to take it confidently to market. A complete smart door for as little as £180 more With Crafted Synergy and Polaris, the additional cost to the homeowner can be as little as £180. Over a conservative 15 year door life, that is £12 a year, £1 a month or less than 25 pence a week. They receive mechanical security, active access, meaningful door information, simple operation and real family benefits from installation. That is price plus: engineering, integration, testing, simplicity, immediate functionality, design freedom, homeowner benefits and marketing support at a realistic price. Be first and lead the change The market is difficult. That makes differentiation more important, not less. When competing doors look similar, why should homeowners choose yours? Crafted Synergy changes that conversation. Sell how the door protects, operates and supports the way the homeowner lives. Stand out, increase value, sell more doors and improve profitability. Innovation often wins in difficult markets. The products are ready,
the benefits are clear and the additional cost is realistic. Our challenge is simple: be first and lead the change. Smart technology has changed the rest of the home. It is time for the door industry to catch up.

RENOLIT AND SUSTAINABILITY
As a company, RENOLIT place an increasing emphasis on our environmental impact. Firstly, we currently have ISO 5001 and ISO 14001 accreditations which help to reflect the commitment that RENOLIT have to environmental stewardship and ethical business practices. Further measures we are undertaking include lowering our resource consumption and increasing our usage of renewable power sources which has been underlined through our recent installation of solar carports and installation of solar panels across our warehouse roof. RENOLIT is also seeking to increase the amount of recycling that we undertake. As part of the recycling initiative, we have a policy of zero waste to landfill. What RENOLIT have already achieved RENOLIT is undertaking a wide range of measures to ensure that the production of our films can be as sustainable as possible. This starts with the design stage, where we focus on product longevity and recyclability, and ensures that our products can be efficiently recycled, reducing
waste and conserving resources. RENOLIT also prioritise the use of sustainable materials, including recycled and renewable raw materials. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure that our materials are sourced responsibly before they even arrive at our factory. This has resulted in us being able to offer our customers a range of polymer products with a high content of recycled materials. In addition, many of our products are 100% recyclable, helping to contribute to a circular economy. We have increased the level of flake rework within our products and have also targeted our product wastage This has been made possible through high levels of investment to granulate and pulverise our offcuts which has allowed us to reuse this as rework within our products. We have achieved a 16.8% reduction in our energy consumption on site since 2020, and over the last 10 years we have reduce our carbon emissions by 47%. This has primarily been achieved through reducing energy consumption and improving efficiency on our machines. Our target for the end of 2045 will be net zero.
than the European industry average for suspension PVC. We can also offer Bio-attributed PVC products in order to reduce our carbon footprint even further. Plans for the future RENOLIT UK has also recently installed solar panels on the factory roof and on our brand-new carports which will be able to generate 10% of our power requirements. Other future plans include; • Our Cramlington factory aiming to achieve energy savings of more than 10% by 2027 compared to 2020. • Working to reduce our carbon footprint by 5% each year • A RENOLIT Group target to ensure our packaging consists of 50% recycled materials or renewable raw materials Conclusion Through our Sustainability strategy, we are working hard to reduce our environmental impact whilst also continuing to deliver the best quality products for our customers. If you require further information regarding our decorative films, please contact RENOLIT UK Ltd (renolit.uk@renolit.com) or call 01670 718222. Freefoam partnership One partnership we are particularly proud of is our relationship with Freefoam Building Products Ltd. Currently, we supply a quantity of excess material to Freefoam who have innovated and refined their processes to be able to use our interior or exterior flake material in their fully recyclable rainwater systems. By August 2025, we had already surpassed our annual target quantity of flake supplied to Freefoam, demonstrating how circularity can be achieved through innovation and partnership. Other initiatives Further to the partnership with Freefoam, we are taking part in a range of other initiatives such as Operation Clean Sweep. This is an international initiative designed to prevent plastic pellet, flake and powder loss from entering the environment. RENOLIT signed up to this initiative in 2020 to achieve zero pellet loss and ensure no polymers leave the cycle and lead to marine and environmental litter. RENOLIT are also part of the Circular Plastics Alliance (CPA) to help promote greater sustainability. This is a voluntary pledge which businesses can opt in to and helps to deliver on the circular economy for plastics and aims to substantially increase the use of recycled plastics into new products. Currently RENOLIT are using NEOVYN resin which is made with fossil fuels but is produced with green energy. NEOVYN offers a 37% lower carbon footprint
