St. Lawrence Gap

L o c a t i o n

The property is locate din the entertainment district towards the end of St. Lawrence Gap specifically on Dover Beach. This “Gap” is filled with an abundance of restaurants and bars offering varied cuisine and tends to come alive at night.

Public Transport

The property is accessible to public transportation via a short walk to the main south coast road. Likewise, St. Lawrence Gap permits vehicular traffic and Southern Palms has an extensive car park available ( free of charge). In addition taxis can be arranged via the front desk.

Bridgetown 8.4 KM | Airport 10.6KM | Holetown 19.5 KM | Garrison Historic Area 5KM | Oistins 3.8 KM | Carlisle Bay 6.2KM | Harrison Cave 19.5KM | Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre 5. The island itself is only 34 KM in length and 23 KM in width. Southern Palms is considered central and in close proximity to many attractions. Ocean View Rooms These rooms offer stunning views of the ocean and sleep a maximum of 4 persons. Rooms come with 1 king or 2 double beds. Great for a couple ! Junior Suite These suites offer views of the ocean or beach and sleep a maximum of 4 persons. Suites include a kitchenette, living space with sofa bed and 1 king or queen bed. Great for a honeymoon ! Luxury Suite These expansive suites offer ocean views and sleep a maximum of 5 persons. Suites include a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom and king or queen bed. Great for families ! The conference room is located below the reception area and is the perfect option for business meetings, events, special occasions or seminars as it offers privacy. The space is accessed by steps and is fully enclosed with air conditioning, WIFI and private washrooms adjacent.

Located towards the west of the property, the Circle Terrace is an intimate beachside venue and is the perfect setting for either a seated or standing event.

Located poolside and with views of the beach the Garden Terrace Restaurant/ The Rondelle is a great option for a dinner function, coffee break or cocktail reception.

• Full payment of your estimated bill is payable no later than 14 days before your event . • Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit card, cheque or wire transfer.

• Estimated number of guests must be confirmed at the time of booking. Final numbers must be confirmed at least 1 month prior to your event. • Events are generally not held on festive holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, News Year's Eve, New Year's Day. Exceptions may apply based on hotel occupancy and event size. • A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 USD is required to secure your event • For group room reservations, the Group Leader can hold accommodation for guests where rooms are individually paid or together as a group. A rooming list is required no later than 30 days before arrival. Rooms not reserved from the group block will be released for general sale. • A group accommodation cancellation policy applies. (Outlined in accommodation contract) • The client will be responsible for any damage caused in public areas by client, guests or outside vendors/suppliers. • The hotel accepts no responsibility for damage to equipment, goods or other property left on premises. •Live entertainment is offered on Monday, Thursday and Saturday nights. Therefore, all speeches at events locate din the restaurant must be concluded by 8pm. • Availability is based on the date requested, the number of persons in attendance and required space. • External food and beverage products cannot be Brough on property, however exceptions apply for speciality items such as cake.
