■ Career achievements: Led a change on the management control team’s methods from descriptive to predictive analysis, by developing a profitability-forecasting model with advanced data analytics and excel skills. It enabled the team to propose corrective action upstream before flights departed that improved overall weekly gross margin by 5% and significantly reduced the loss on under-performing routes. Managed bilateral partnerships between Air Côte d’Ivoire and several airlines operating in the West Africa region, using negotiation and project management skills to secure the best deal for the company. Eight partnerships were agreed which enabled Air Côte d’Ivoire to expand its network to over 25 new destinations, and transport an additional 75,000 passengers per annum.
