■ Career achievements: Assisting in the renegotiation of an existing consulting contract valued at 1.8 million Hong Kong dollars which was previously annulled due to unforeseen technical difficulties. Subsequently, the contract was increased to 6.5 million Hong Kong dollars with the introduction of an external expert. Renegotiated the terms of sale for the purchase of an industrial park. The original contract included instalments to be paid over several years. Through intense discussion with the vendor, the instalments due during the height of Covid-19 were in order to improve liquidity. This provided the company with a financial cushion to deal with circumstances during an unprecedented time. Helped roll back a 75% funding cut to pharmacies by the NHS West London Clinical Commissioning Group (WLCCG), concerning the reimbursement for prescriptions, which would have made the service untenable. Led the collaboration with other pharmacies to issue a joint petition to the local surgeries and engaged with WLCCG to successfully reverse the decision.
