■ Career achievements: Successfully designed and implemented a S&OP process for Coca-Cola Embonor, a beverage corporation with a revenue of more than US$500 million per year. The project achieved an increase of 4% in the forecast accuracy of the entire company, allowing a reduction in operating costs and an improvement in service level. Developed a planning system for Cenabast, an institution responsible for supplying medicines and medical supplies for the entire health public system in Chile, with a budget of more than US$10,000 million annually. The project resulted in a digital tool to manage the stocks and purchase of products, and finally, stock-out reduction and an increase in service level. Established a long-lasting business relationship with Fonterra, a multinational dairy company, initiating a series of projects worldwide (USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Chile). This business increased the company’s income by around US$200,000 annually and led to a widened business network.
