This was supplemented with a targeted ad campaign to draw out local vendors to increase the number of products in-store to the current 75,000 items. The company now averages 200,000 Indian rupees in daily sales. Founded a metal recycling factory during the Covid-19 pandemic. Extensive R&D focused on the production line enabled the team to gather the required data to improve the plant extensively. The company recycled over 2,000 tons of scrap into reusable secondary raw materials within one year of starting production, achieving an annual turnover of more than 350 million Indian rupees. Co-ordinated the “Trichy Road” maintenance project to reduce costs by 3%. Renegotiated the contract agreements, after obtaining quotes from suppliers to compare, and cut the overall cost by 7.3% of the total 8.7 million Indian rupees contract budget. Also secured a subsidiary job order contract from Vanam Co Ltd which boosted revenue by 7 million Indian rupees per annum.
