■ Career achievements: Founded Agritech start-up RaithaOne and raised US$300,000 in seed funding from venture capital firm and HNI’s. Grew the size of the team from two to 26 over 12 months. Built products and backend systems from scratch and successfully launched with over 2,000 registered village level entrepreneurs. Founded Agritech start-up Raitha Farms which focused on commercial farming of horticulture crops. Raised US$200,000 capital from HNI’s and expanded farms from five acres with 30 tonnes per year yield, to 350 acres with total output yield of 1,600 tonnes within two years of operations, with the total revenue of US$1.5 million. Spearheaded a process efficiency drive across different geographies with programme planning and effective execution resulting in a 22% increase in total revenue and close to US$600,000 in savings. Developed several services and tools which predicted the preventive maintenance schedule based on usage, which resulted in overall savings of more than 13% of the total maintenance cost.
