■ Career achievements: Developed a technical school for internal hourly employees, targeting the most in demand positions on the market and critical for the company. Launched schools for forklift driving, painting, electrical and maintenance. After the school was implemented, 100% of the open positions were covered internally and the time to fill was decreased from 150 days to 30 days. Led the recruitment for 120 salary positions for the opening of a third shift at a truck assembly plant, due to the increase in production. Designed a recruitment strategy, created a talent pipeline of external candidates, and performed macro-panels, achieving the hiring of the positions in two months and the opening of the third shift production the business required. Managed the Covid-19 strategy for a plant of 4,000 workers. Negotiated with the union, supervised the HR team, advised management on the legal requirements and addressed an audit with the government. As a result, obtained an accelerated permission to go back to work which allowed the business to start producing before other plants.
