Access to stores is crucial for the company’s production and distribution process. Pet stores, grocery stores, liquor stores and bakeries rely on the Baltimore Dog Bakery to create and produce quality all-natural dog treats. The treats are available in four different flavors, two different sizes and a variety pack. The company also sells products through Amazon, and its physical location with St. John Properties was part of its expansion plan. “A friend, also in the pet industry, told me about St. John Properties in the Caton Research Center,” Wagner said. “It was a perfect fit! The location is conveniently accessible to most major arteries in order to get product to stores easily.”
At the Caton Research Center facility, Baltimore Dog Bakery is filled with the smell of cinnamon, along with profes- sional grade equipment. Staff handle the production and packaging for the surrounding area at the same facility. “As a baker, I have some special needs,” Wagner said. “St. John Properties allowed me to put an oven ventilation system in and made sure I had access to loading docks, which are essential to a wholesaler. I was able to utilize St. John Properties’ construction team to do all of the work that needed to be completed before we could move in and start production.”

I totally depend on them!” Treats from Baltimore Dog Bakery are tasty, healthy and vegetarian, with no preservatives or additives that could be difficult for a dog’s digestive system to handle.
