En vous inscrivant à peaksaver PLUS, vous rejoindrez le grand no m bre de fo y ers ontariens et ense m ble, vous participerez à la gestion de notre conso mm ation électrique. Et en surcroît, vous recevrez un écran d’affichage énergétique gratuit pour suivre et gérer votre conso mm ation électrique. Une fois que vous êtes inscrit à peaksaver PLUS, un technicien viendra à une heure qui vous conviendra installer un dispositif de gestion de charge sur votre cli m atiseur central, votre chauffe-eau électrique ou votre po m pe de piscine creusée. Une fois le dispositif installé sur ces appareils, un ordre téléco mm andé pourra leur être envo y é, qui réduira légère m ent leur conso mm ation en électricité. Le progra mm e ne sera ja m ais déclenché pendant le week-end ou les jours fériés. Si vous êtes déjà un participant au progra mm e peaksaver, vous devrez vous réinscrire pour participer à peaksaver PLUS. Tous les participants au progra mm e, nouveau x ou autres pourront recevoir l’écran d’affichage énergétique avec lequel ils pourront suivre et gérer leur conso mm ation d’électricité à la m aison.

A technician will co m e to y our ho m e at a convenient ti m e for y ou and install a s m all device that m akes slight adjust m ents to reduce y our appliances electricit y de m and. Appliances such as y our central air conditioner or electric water heater will be re m otel y activated during weekda y s between 12 noon and 7 p. m and will onl y last for a m a x i m u m of four hours. If y ou previousl y enrolled in peaksaver®, y ou m ust reappl y to participate in peaksaver PLUS. For new and continuing participants, signing up for peaksaver PLUS will m ake y ou eligible to receive a free Energ y Displa y that will help y ou see and m anage y our electricit y use.
